Supplemental Metrics

Company- and industry-specific disclosures that matter but are not reported consistently.

Corporate water management varies substantially by industry. H2Oversight therefore preserves meaningful quantitative disclosures that fall outside the Three Key Metrics rather than forcing every company into an identical secondary template.

For example, an oil and gas producer may disclose produced-water recycling, a semiconductor manufacturer may report reclaimed-water use, a utility may disclose cooling-water return, and a watershed project may report volumetric water benefits or restored storage capacity.

Supplemental Metrics are an open category. Their absence is not treated as a failure to report one of the Three Key Metrics because their relevance varies by company and industry.
